Refunds may be approved where:

An incorrect item was received

The product arrives damaged or faulty

The item is significantly different from its description

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item with supporting photos, description & purchase order number. 

Refund requests must be emailed to edens.enquiries@gmail.com

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 - 15 business days depending on your financial institution and upon receiving the returned item. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Shipping fee for return items is the responsibility of the purchaser

1-Faulty products

2-Incorrect items sent

3-Unopened items approved by our team

2-In original packaging
